Hypopressives

Hypopressives are a unique core training method, practiced for over 35 years. They activate deep pelvic floor, core abdominal, and postural muscles by reducing internal pressure in the thoracic, abdominal, and pelvic areas. Using breathing and postural techniques, they create an abdominal vacuum that strengthens all core muscles.
